About Us...
What Is Network To Hire?
A social networking venue designed specifically
to facilitate hiring opportunities within a relaxed,
less-stressful environment for both employer and future
employee candidate. This powerful concept is designed
for the job seeker with current and marketable skills
wanting a more expedient way to meet with decision makers
that affect their employment chances.

History
Network To Hire was formed out of the frustration with finding employment in the Metro Washington DC, Columbus, Ohio, San Francisco and
Northern Virginia despite having strong technical credentials and significant years of experience in Information Systems, Telecommunications, Brand Management, Marketing Communications and Business Process Operations.
Economic downturns hurt everyone and especially those who are not properly "socially networked".

Reality Check!
Folks, let’s face it – 2009 has proven to be a very difficult economy and is clearly an employers’ market.
Corporations are clearly using the “Employment-At-Will” policy to their discretion.
Your boss today may be on the unemployment line with you tomorrow since
he or she knows to keep one eye towards the next opportunity just in case they get a draconian call
from HR advising that their services are no longer needed. One way to combat this dreaded scenario which catches
even the most careful person off guard is to attend Job Networking Socials, in person! Why? Because you can better evaluate the
organization and they can evaluate you, after a face-to-face meeting;
Nothing beats that interpersonal, human interaction between you and your potential employer!
Let Network To Hire help bridge that gap between the prospective employer and you, the job seeker!

Our Goals
Promote successful networking between you, the
skilled professional, and the companies who are seeking a more exacting
skills match.
Provide a forum for exchange of information
between employer and candidate for successful workforce
entry.
Facilitate the relationship networking
between commercial, government and private sector and
the employment candidate for successful re-entry of
skilled professionals into the diverse workforce.
